Terms and conditions

eMitra One is a private service. It is not the official website of, and is not connected with, the Government of Rajasthan, e-Mitra, SSO Rajasthan, UIDAI, the Income Tax Department, Passport Seva, any bank or any other government body. We do not issue certificates or official documents and we do not collect government fees. Official applications must be submitted at the relevant government office or portal.

• You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian.
• Give correct details and verify your own mobile number.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account is for one person or one shop. Tell us at once if you think your account is misused.

PDF, photo, document and utility tools run in your browser. Results depend on the files you use; please check every output before using it. Tools are provided as they are, and we may improve, change or remove them.

Our forms are copies of publicly available application formats, made easier to fill. You are responsible for the correctness of the information you enter and for checking the latest form, fees and rules on the official website or at the office before submitting. Filling a form here does not submit it to any department.

• The wallet is a prepaid balance that can be used only to pay for eMitra One services. It cannot be used to pay anyone else or any government fee.
• Money is added through UPI. Each top-up is checked by us before it is credited.
• Wallet balance does not earn interest, cannot be transferred and cannot be withdrawn as cash, except for the refunds listed in our Refund and cancellation policy.

Prices are shown on the Plans page and include GST. Every purchase gets a GST tax invoice that you can download from your account. Plans are prepaid for a fixed period (30, 90, 180 or 365 days) and do not renew automatically; nothing is charged again unless you buy again.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

• make fake, altered or forged documents, or use the site for any illegal purpose;
• upload or enter other people's data without their permission;
• try to break, overload, copy or scrape the site, or get around its limits or security;
• share your account, resell our paid features or misuse the wallet.

The design, code, text and layouts of eMitra One belong to Shree Adarsh Infotech. Please do not copy them without written permission. Your files and the information you enter remain yours.

The site may show ads (for example Google AdSense) and links to other websites. Ads are clearly separate from our content. We are not responsible for the content or services of other websites.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for rejection of an application because of wrong or outdated information, or for losses caused by misuse of your account. Where we are responsible, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where possible. If we close your account without fault on your part, the unused wallet balance is refunded as set out in the refund policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to settle any problem. Courts at Pali, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, but this does not stop you from approaching a consumer commission where you live or work. You can also seek help from the National Consumer Helpline (1915).
